The beds are very comfy to sleep on. Affable and welcoming staff as one would expect. It has handy location close to Path. It's based in fairly nice area, in walking distance of the downtown.

The Marlborough's got that super clean vibe with comfy beds that'll have you snoozing before you know it! Plus, they're right next to local gems like The Coach & Horses and the quirky Britons Arms for breakfast, a perfect combo after a night on the town!

Bit of a pickle with room noise and a dodgy shower that could use some descaling love. Plus, could've done with some better seating arrangements to throw your gear on!

I enjoyed my stay at Marlborough, where the staff's friendliness complemented the spotless room. The location near the city center allowed easy access to local breweries, enhancing my travel experience. A slightly weak shower was the only minor issue, but it didn't detract from the overall charm of the place.

Great overall experience. Fantastic hotel, suitable place for exploring Norwich. Great and unbeatable location close to Norwich Football club, good for visiting Norwich.

Spotlessly clean room, comfortable bed with a decent mattress and warm quilt. The nice ensuite bathroom with a good-sized bath and over-bath shower.

The marlborough was a well-maintained hotel with a lovely owner and friendly staff. Our double room was decent in size, with a nice ensuite and a comfortable bed. It's close to the city center, with plenty of pubs and restaurants within walking distance. I loved the warm welcome from the staff!

I really enjoyed the warm atmosphere and cleanliness throughout Marlborough Hotel. The staff were attentive. The location is fantastic, right near the train station and close to the city center. My single room, however, needed a serious refresher. The mattress was cheap and thin, causing me some restless nights. I pulled the bed from the wall, only to discover a layer of dust that hadn't been cleaned. The bathroom light had some green algae, which didn't sit right with me. Breakfast was good and the dining area had a nice vibe, though a broader selection of pillows would have helped with comfort. I felt safe and at home thanks to the friendly staff, but the room quality left a bit to be desired.
